So here you have an overview of the campervan rental market with the different companies, their specifications, and our review.
The big motorhome and campervan hire companies
The two biggest companies that offer campervan rental in Australia are Britz and Apollo. They offer a large selection of vehicles with a wide variety of models. From small 2-person vans to huge 6-people motorhomes, you will definitely find a vehicle that fits your needs.
Overall the two companies are similar in price/quality ratio but Britz often turns out to be a bit pricier than Apollo. The insurance policy on the other hand is often more complete with Britz (but beware of the safety deposit if you don’t get insurance: from 3,500 AUD to 7,500 AUD depending on the brand, that’s with Britz).
